Residential project
The residential project in the pipeline located in the extensive area is located on the edge of the industrial and commercial zone in Prague 5 – Zličín. The Zličín municipal quarter has 317.61 hectares, wherein Cimex Group owns 124,648 sqm in this location. The vast majority of the areas comprise unused and reinforced surface areas inviting directly to further meaningful use. The intended residential project is designed based on change to the zoning plan.
The added value for the future residents is the excellent transport services and nearness of the shopping centre.
The residential project has been prepared based on the new residential development in the Zličín area emerging since 2000s. Globus and Tesco shopping centres are near the intended residential project. Excellent transport services are provided particularly by Zličín underground station on line B.
The past of the industrial zone is symbolized by still functional railway siding from Prague – Zličín railway station. All utilities are available in the premises.
There is the railway siding in the premises. The transport connections to the road network is available from Do Blatin Street, about 2 km from the D5 motorway (Prague – Pilsen) and Jižní spojka crossroad.

Location
Zličín is a municipal quarter and the cadastral area in the west of Prague, on the north-western edge of Prague 5 municipal district with the area of 317.61 hectares. It forms the northeast part of Prague – Zličín municipal district.
Since 1990, Prague - Zličín has been the municipal district covering full cadastral areas of Zličín and Sobín and the northern part of the cadastral area of Třebonice. In the 1990s, development on the border of Zličín and Třebonic was seen together with construction of the underground. Originally, a depot was planned here and the line B had to terminate in Třebonice; the plans were however redeveloped and the youngest line of the underground transport in Prague terminated here. An interchange terminal for the peripheral transport was built here as well; later, the shopping zone with the biggest hypermarkets in Prague was developed here. Late in the 2000s, the residential development projects started again in the locations near the oldest parts of Zličín. The new projects included construction of multiple-floor city buildings on the greenfields.
